Terracotta Forge is a community-driven wiki, repository and set of infrastructure services for projects that are utilizing the Terracotta Clustering & Distributed Computing Platform
.
There are two kinds of Forge projects: top-level projects and "Labs" projects. Top-level projects will have top-level Open Terracotta infrastructure resources dedicated to them:
Top-level projects are subjected to a lightweight vetting process to make sure that they are sound ideas that will be actively worked on.

Terracotta Forge Labs
For more informal or experimental code, we've set up the Terracota Forge Labs. Labs projects have no vetting process (except that they should be related to Terracotta in some way), but they all share the same Labs infrastructure:
