Introduction
Jetty
is an open-source, standards-based, full-featured web server and servlet container implemented entirely in Java. It is released under the Apache 2.0 license and is therefore free for commercial use and distribution.
Both session clustering and plain-vanilla DSO clustering are supported.
Dependencies
JRE 1.5 is required to use the Jetty TIM. No other dependency issues exist for a Jetty-Terracotta DSO integration.
For detailed version information, see Platform Support.
Implementation
Download and unpack the Terracotta Integration Module (TIM) for your version of Terracotta software (see the table above for download locations). See Getting Started with the Jetty Web Server for more information on how to install and use the TIM.
 |
Previously, there were two separate implementations for DSO and session clustering. The latest TIM for Jetty obsoletes those implementations. |
Known Issues
None.
